Tata Workers Union observes 47th death anniversary of Michael John

Jamshedpur, August 3: The Tata Workers Union marked the 47th death anniversary of their former President, Late Michael John, on August 3, 2024. The day began with a solemn tribute at 7:00 AM at his Samadhi located in the Circuit House Area, Bistupur, Jamshedpur. Members of the Union, including President Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary, Co-President Shailesh Kumar Singh, Vice President Sanjay Kumar Singh, Assistant Secretary Ajay Kumar Chaudhary, and Michael John Centre Director Jaydev Upadhyay, gathered to offer candles and flowers, praying for the peace of Late Michael John’s soul.

Later in the day, a condolence meeting was held at the Tata Workers Union premises at 5:00 PM. During the meeting, President Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary and Co-President Shailesh Kumar Singh released a biography of Late Michael John. Tata Workers Union Michael John Centre Director Jaidev Upadhyay and Union Office Associate Dr. M.S. Singh provided detailed insights into the biography, highlighting his dynamic and visionary leadership.

The gathering, which included Union members and employees, paid tribute to Late Michael John’s legacy, drawing inspiration from his leadership. The event concluded with two minutes of silence, followed by prayers for his soul. Union President Sanjeev Kumar Chaudhary officially closed the condolence meeting, marking a respectful end to the commemorative activities.
