Jamshedpur: Mayank Pandey, 27, son of Sanjay Kumar Pandey, a member of Tata Workers Union, died in a road accident in Canada on 23rd September last, sources said.
Sources said the sad news transpired on the TWU leader�s return from Canada after performing his son�s last rituals. Mayank was unmarried. He had recently got green card. His elder brother also resides in Canada.
State food and civil supplies minister Saryu Roy and many other dignitaries visited the Pandeys at their Bistupur residence and consoled them.
