Jamshedpur, Sep 18: A new Power Utility Bill & Collection Centre has been inaugurated at Gamharia by Ritu Raj Sinha, Managing Director, Tata Steel UISL, alongside V.P. Singh, Sr. General Manager (PSD & Utility Billing), and Kiran Kumar, Divisional Manager (Utilities Billing). The new facility, located on the first floor of Meghraj Tower, beside ICICI Bank, and opposite City Style, HDFC Bank, near Lal Building Chowk, offers a range of services aimed at enhancing consumer convenience.
Facilities Available for Consumers:
Power Bill Enquiries: Consumers can inquire about their utility bills with ease.
Duplicate Bill Printing : The centre allows consumers to print duplicate power bills on demand.
Cheque Collection via Any Time Payment Machine (ATPM): A self-service payment option is available through ATPM, enabling consumers to deposit cheques at their convenience.
Card Payment: Consumers can make payments using any debit or credit card.
UPI and QR Code Payment: Digital payment options are available via UPI and QR code scanning, ensuring seamless and contactless transactions.
Timings of Bill & Collection Centre:
Open 6 days a week: 9 AM to 5 PM
Lunch Break: 1 PM to 2 PM
This new initiative reflects the ongoing efforts to modernize utility billing services and provide a seamless experience for customers in the Saraikela-Kharsawan regions.
