Jamshedpur Eye Hospital employees to receive 18.5% bonus, up to ₹76,000

Jamshedpur: The Jamshedpur Eye Hospital has finalized bonus agreement, offering its employees an 18.5% bonus this year. As part of the deal, employees will receive a maximum bonus of ₹76,000, with the minimum set at ₹66,745. The bonus will be credited to employees’ bank accounts on September 19.

A bonus agreement was signed between the hospital management and Jamshedpur Eye Hospital Employees Union here on Monday. Representing the management were Dr. SP Jakhanwal, Secretary and Superintendent, along with Treasurer Manoj Kumar Ranga and members Vishal and Shweta Tiwari. The union was represented by President Rakeshwar Pandey, Vice President Meera Kumari, General Secretary BK Dinda, Assistant Secretary Sushant Khalko, Parvati Mishra, Poonam S Tirkey, Pankaj Sona and other union members.
