Jamshedpur, Dec 15: The Pro-Am event of the Tata Steel Tour Championship 2021 witnessed amateur golfers from the Tata Group and Jamshedpur play alongside some of the top professional golfers in the country including the likes of Gaganjeet Bhullar and Shubhankar Sharma.
The Pro-Am event was played at Golmuri Gold Course. Sanjiv Paul, Vice President (Safety, Health & Sustainability), Tata Steel and Captain, Jamshedpur Golf, inaugurated the Tata Steel Tour Championship 2021 with the cake-cutting ceremony before the Pro-Am event.
Star Indian golfers Shubhankar Sharma, Gaganjeet Bhullar along with Uttam Singh Mundy, CEO, PGTI, Alan Singh, Chief Administrator of Jamshedpur Golf were also present.
Tata Steel Group and PGTI will be hosting the Tata Steel Tour Championship at the Beldih and Golmuri golf courses from December 16 to December 19, 2021. The event offers a handsome prize purse of Rs 1.5 crore and will feature an elite field of 74 professionals.
