Jamshedpur, Sep 16: Tata Steel has been working for the upliftment of tribal communities for decades. Continuing with its endeavor to preserve and promote tribal ethnicity, Tata Steel, is set to celebrate the birth anniversary of late Pt. Guru Kol Lako Bodra � creator of the �Warang Kshiti� script for the �Ho� language, again this year. Last year, Tata Steel renovated his dilapidated ancestral home as a �samadhi sthal� to pay homage to this visionary.
This year, in order to pay tribute to this true son of the soil, Tata Steel�s Tribal Cultural Society along with Adivasi �Ho� Samaj Mahasabha and Adivasi �Ho� Samaj Yuva Mahasabha, Chaibasa, have organised an awareness rally on �Warang Kshiti� script followed by traditional dance and song performances by the students of �Ho� language classes. The rally would be led by the language class students along with the community and its representatives.
On this occasion, a book on the grammar rules of Ho Language � �Ho Vyakaran Ondo Nibandhavali�, written by Dr. Damyanti Sinku, will be released by the Chief Guest, Champai Soren, Minister, Transportation, Industry & Tribal Welfare, Government of Jharkhand. Abu Bakar Siddique, Deputy Commissioner, Chaibasa, and Deepak Birua, MLA, Chaibasa will be the Guests of Honour. Other MLAs of the region, Zilla Parishad Members and Tribal Cultural Society staff will also attend the programme.
A program has been scheduled at September 18, 2013 where a rally will be taken out from Gandhi Maidan, Chaibasa. A cultural programme will also be organized at District School Ground, Chaibasa.
