Jamshedpur: Former Kho-Kho player and Assistant Manager, Administration and Program, Sports Department, Tata Steel, Ananya Lipi, has been recognized for her outstanding contribution to sports management and the development of Kho-Kho in East Singhbhum district and Jharkhand state.
During a special general meeting of the Jharkhand State Kho-Kho Association, presided over by the MLA from Ranchi and President of the Association, the General Secretary was authorized to appoint suitable officers to fill vacant posts. Following the recommendation of the East Singhbhum District Kho-Kho Association, Ananya Lipi was appointed as Vice President of the Jharkhand State Kho-Kho Association, entrusting her with significant responsibilities.
The appointment letter was officially handed over to her by a delegation from the East Singhbhum District Kho-Kho Association at her office. The delegation included Treasurer Shyam Kumar Sharma, Joint Secretary Shravan Kumar, and Executive Members W. Rehman and Muzaffar Arshad.
