Jamshedpur, July 30: The Safe Club of Narbheram Hansraj English School (NHES) has organised an evacuation drill under the supervision and guidance of the Security and Fire Services team of Tata Steel on July 30. Around 500 students of class 9, 10 and 11 participated in the programme.
The purpose of this event was to create safety awareness among the students. Students were made acquainted with the safety measures and evacuation processes. The precautionary measures were informed and demonstrated by the officials
Under the guidance of Mom Mitra, Convener Safe and Manager, Safety, Tata Steel the mock drill was conducted successfully. Roma Kumar was present during the drill coordinating various activities
Rakesh Joshi, Sr Manager Fire Brigade alongwith his team, Kamal Anand Mgr, disaster management facilitated the drill. Evacuation drills are part of SAFE ABP Fy23.
School Principal Paromita Roy Choudhury, Safe Head Avijeet Mukherjee, Safe club moderators Kiran Srivastava, Tapas Ghosh and others were present.
