Jamshedpur, August 14: Tata Steel Jamshedpur emerged as the first runner-up in both Table Tennis and Chess at the All India Tata Indoor Inter Company Championship, held at Tata Sports Complex, Chembur, Mumbai, on August 10–11, 2025. The annual event, organized by Tata Sports Club, Mumbai, saw participation from 16 Tata Group companies.
The Chess team featured Adarsh Kumar, Sanjay Kumar Swain, Kaushal Kumar Jha, and Bikash Kumar Tiwary, while the Table Tennis team comprised Dinesh Rakshit, Pravesh Narang, Mayank Thakur, and Kanishka Dutta.
Winners were felicitated by Malay Kumar Gupta, Company Secretary, Tata Motors. The Tata Steel contingent later interacted with Mukul Vinayak Chaudhari, Chief Sports, Tata Steel, in Jamshedpur.
