Jamshedpur: Tata Steel, in collaboration with the Tata Workers’ Union, organized a heartfelt farewell ceremony to honour 70 retired employees at the Union premises. The event recognized their invaluable contributions to the company and the Union.
Union leaders, including Deputy President Shailesh Kumar Singh, General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh, Vice President Sanjay Singh and Assistant Secretaries Nitesh Raj and Shyam Babu, extended a warm welcome to the retirees. They were presented with bouquets and gifts as tokens of appreciation.
Speaking at the event, Shailesh Kumar Singh expressed gratitude for the retirees’ dedication, stating, “Your years of hard work and commitment have been instrumental in the company’s success. We thank you for your service and wish you a peaceful and fulfilling retired life.”
General Secretary Satish Kumar Singh echoed these sentiments, adding, “The strength of Tata Steel lies in its people. The contributions of our retiring members will always be remembered.”
The retirees were deeply moved by the recognition and extended their gratitude to the company and the Union. The ceremony concluded on a warm note, with attendees reminiscing about their years of service and sharing fond memories.
