Jamshedpur, May 12: Tata Steel Cricket Training Center won the ‘A’ Division T – 20 knock out tournament by beating School of Cricket by 69 runs in the final match played at Keenan Stadium on Monday.
Batting first Tata Steel Cricket Training Center scored117 for 8 in 20 overs with the special knock of Ishank Jaggi who scored 57 runs while Sushil Kumar Singh scored 15 runs.
From School of Cricket Kunal took 2 wickets for 22 runs in 4 overs. Chasing 118 to win School of Cricket bundled out for 48 in 13.1 overs where Rajnish scored 12 and Wahid scored 13 runs.
From Tata Steel Cricket Training cente Santosh took 2 wickets for 7 runs and Mithun Mukherjee took 2 for 4 runs in 3 overs.
This is the second championship in a year won by Tata Steel Cricket Training Center as they won ‘A’ division League cricket earlier this year.
