Jamshedpur, Jan 4: Tata Steel Adventure Foundation (TSAF) has announced winter leadership expeditions in the months of January & February. A total of 6 batches are scheduled, 3 each to Darwa Top (13,500 ft) and Dyara Top (12,500 ft).
Participants can expect snow during these treks which increases the beauty of the mountains and makes it an unforgettable experience.
TSAF follows all the standard safety practices to minimize COVID risk during its expeditions. The practices include small closed groups, regular social distancing, temperature check, sanitisation of equipment and tents, and pre-trek COVID test. TSAF has recently completed a one of its type expeditions, Triple pass Challenge and early winter treks in 2020 without any COVID cases or infection. TSAF has an expert and certified team of instructors with combined experience of more than 250 years in the mountains.
The first batch of Darwa/Dodital Expedition is scheduled from 9 to 15 January 2021, second batch from 17 to 23 January 2021and third from 25 to 31 January 2021.
Dyara Expedition begins in February. The first batch is scheduled from 2 to 8 February 2021, second batch from 10 to 16 February and final batch for Dyara top will begin leave on February 18 and will conclude on February 24.
