 Tata Motors’ Jamshedpur releases new list of permanent workers

Jamshedpur, March 28: There was good news for temporary workers of Tata Motors’ Jamshedpur plant.

Once again, a list of 225 temporary workers to be made permanent was released on Friday with the joint initiative of the management and the union. A list of all those employees who will be made permanent as per the rules has been put up on the information board of the Labor Bureau along with necessary instructions.

Incidentally, this is the sixth batch which is being made permanent. Earlier, temporary workers were made permanent in January 2025. Last year, temporary workers were made permanent in four batches.

The listed employees have been invited for date wise medical examination. All the listed employees were instructed to appear with the necessary documents in the Labor Bureau before the medical examination.

Workers union president Gurmeet Singh Tote and general secretary RK Singh have jointly congratulated all the listed employees who are to be made permanent.
