Jamshedpur, Aug 16: Tata Motors Jamshedpur Plant Head Vishal Badshah hoisted the tricolour at Telco Sumant Moolgaokar Stadium on the occasion of 75th Independence Day on Sunday.
On the occasion security personnel of Tata Motors saluted the National Flag. In his address, Plant Head Vishal Badshah said, “The union and management are working together to take the company forward.” He talked about productivity and efficiency in detail. Plant head informed that productivity and efficiency can only be achieved through sustained hard work, relentless focus, emphasis on the highest standards of quality and performance.
Despite the challenges posed by the second wave, we are meeting the demand for our products in the domestic and international markets, he added. This has been possible due to the rapid adoption of new and revised work instructions and parameters by our workers. He said continued talks are on with the divisional chief and his teams to bring in new products. He also expressed gratitude towards the workers for tireless efforts and teamwork to ensure timely production and delivery of new products as per the requirements of the market and customers.
“In our continuous improvement journey, we are applying the capabilities of Kaizen, Automation, Methodology Design, Lean Principles and Digital Intervention in identified areas,” Plant head noted.
