Jamshedpur, Nov 7: The Tata Motors Jamshedpur management has responded positively to request by employees for Voluntary Retirement Scheme(VRS).
The scheme will be open to employees above the age of 45 years.
The VRS package benefits include severance compensation based on years of service and / or remaining tenure, gratuity, encashment, continuing health insurance as well as guidance on
financial and retirement planning.
Eligible workers can avail this benefit between November 8 and December 8, 2023. The Tata Motors management has claimed this VRS package to be
the best in industry.
