Jamshedpur, Nov 20: The CCE Division of Tata Motors felicitated Team Prakash on Thursday at the division’s conference hall after the team won the top prize at the 38th Quality Circle Conference organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at Hotel Cruze, Adityapur, on 3–4 November.
Twenty-nine teams from across the state participated, presenting innovative projects on quality and process improvement. Tata Motors’ Team Prakash emerged as the winner.
Union General Secretary R.K. Singh, Division Head G.G. Mondal, senior officials and union representatives were present during the ceremony. Singh praised the winners, saying, “Hard work, dedication and honesty always bring satisfaction and success. Under proper guidance, Team Prakash has achieved this honour.”
He encouraged employees to continue contributing with sincerity, saying such efforts help elevate the company.
Team Prakash members include Sanjay Kumar (Group Leader), Pankaj Gupta (Team Leader), Satish Kumar, Tarapada Rana, Rajat Kumar Singh and K.K. Singh.
