Jamshedpur, Jan. 5: Tata Hitachi Company organised sporting events at Sidho-Kanho memorial high school in Kedo, Narwa on Thursday.
Present on the occasion, Plant head IE Rao, administrative head Pankaj Jha and Ratan Prakash felicitated the winners. Schools from nearby villages also participated in the football, musical chair and other sporting events.
The football contest among the girls was the attraction of the day. Later addressing the gathering, plant head informed about the company�s social responsibility and the work company is doing to promote education, health and rural development in the region.
Principal of Sidho-Kanho memorial school Vanvari Das said, this type of events help showcase the hidden talent of the students and thanked the company management for hosting the sporting events.
