Jamshedpur, Feb 25: Jharkhand People�s Party president and former MLA Surya Singh Besra Monday said Bollywood actor Tanushree Dutta, now better known for starting the �MeToo� movement in India, would soon be joining politics. He claimed that efforts were on to persuade Tanushree to take to politics by contesting the upcoming Lok Sabha election from Jamshedpur seat under the banner of Janmat.
Besra said Janmat is a joint platform of 13 political parties who have decided to contest the election together. He said Trinamool Congress and Aam Admi Party had assured to support Janmat as a third front. He said Tanushree was selected as a probable because she hails from Jamshedpur.
