Jamshedpur, Feb 13: Tamanna Kumari of DPS Ranchi emerged the Jharkhand topper with 99.95 percentile marks in the JEE Main Session 1 exams. It may be mentioned that she was the sole student from Jharkhand who qualified PRMO while she was in Std * of the school.
Tamanna Kumari’s father, a school teacher, Dilip Ranjan expressed immense happiness. He gave the credit of this success to all the teachers and mentors of Tamanna. Tamanna herself said that she had been practicing and working hard continuously since the eighth grade. She thanked Dr. Ram Singh, Principal, DPS Ranchi and Center Head, FIITJEE-Ranchi for their guidance and support.
Principal Dr. Ram Singh shared the prized moment with the students and congratulated the parents and teachers for the commendable performance. Dr Ram Singh said, “We believe in total success and Tamanna has lived up to her reputation by qualifying IOQM/RMO/ and scoring above MAS in NSEP ,NSEA and NSEC. I also extended my best wishes to the students for their success in JEE Advanced. I am proud of my students that they constitute the highest number of candidates who have scored 99 and above percentile.”
