New Delhi / Ranchi, March 31: In a resounding display of unity and determination, thousands of individuals converged at Delhi’s Ramlila Maidan for the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (I.N.D.I.A.) Maha rally, rallying against perceived threats to democracy under the current central government. Led by Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soren, Kalpana Murmu Soren (wife of former Chief Minister Hemant Soren), and Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Mahua Maji, the rally served as a platform to voice concerns and rally support for democratic rights.

Championing democracy amidst adversity

Addressing the gathered crowds, Chief Minister Champai Soren underscored the importance of the rally, emphasizing its role in safeguarding democracy amidst what he described as a growing trend towards authoritarianism at the center.
