Jamshedpur, Oct. 8: Swadeshi Jagran Manch Parsudih unit on Sunday took out a rally making people aware against the use of Chinese and foreign products and called for making a swadeshi diwali. The members of the outfit also burnt effigy of China. The event was organised by Sandeep Sharma, convener of Parsudih unit as part of the Rashtriya Swadeshi Surksha Abhiyan.
BJP Parsudih unit president Pankaj Sinha and Sundernagar unit President Abhay Choubey also attended the rally and made the people aware against use of Chinese products. Swadeshi Jagran Manch Jamshedpur Mahanagar joint convener Rajpati Devi urged the residents and traders to use and sell diyas made by the potters so that it benefit the potters and help in developing the country’s economy. Present on the occasion were Madhulika Mehta, Sumit Prasad, Kaushal, Ramanand, Anita Lal, Rajesndra Shah, Murlidhar Barnwal, Deepu Sharma, Supriyo Das, Nayan Raj and others were present.
