Jamshedpur, November 1: The Tata Cummins management has taken initiative to remove the ongoing resentment among the employees regarding wage revision.
Employees have been asked to write down their objections on the wage revision agreement and put them in the box. On Tuesday, a complaint box was kept in the ATP and Machining Department.
It is noteworthy that the employees have continued the canteen boycott on this issue. Here, Tata Cummins Employees Union president Diptendu Chakraborty has said that there is no such thing. Discussions have been held with the management in this regard. The management said that the team co-ordinators of all the departments have been instructed to put the problems related to safety, quality and production from their departments in that box.
The management will consider those problems and solve them. However, the management refused to take complaints related to wages.
