Jamshedpur, April 29: Jamshedpurians were caught unaware on Friday evening as sudden showers hit many parts of the city.
Showers with cool breeze and cloudy weather brought respite for the denizens from the sizzling summer heat. The city which received a steady drizzle on Friday evening, lasted only for around half an hour.
Bistupur and Jugsalai areas of Jamshedpur received the maximum rainfall but the most populated area Sakchi was seen all dried up.
The road outside the Alcor and Ramada Hotel in Bistupur was filled with water where commuters faced harrowing time trying to cross the area.
Sudden drizzle brought cheers among the denizens as they were seen enjoying the evening after work where markets and parks were all crowded up.
