Baharagora: Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose�s 122nd Birth Anniversary was celebrated at TPS DAV Public School today. Prayers were held and Netaji�s portrait was garlanded by the principal and teachers as a mark of respect to the legendary hero.
Raj Nandini, a student of Std VII cast light on the life, deeds, contributions and sacrifices of Subhas Bose. Teacher Shweta Sinha played a recording of Netaji�s speech in Japan. Principal Anup Kumar urged the students to follow in the footsteps of this great leader, �who formed the Azad Hind Fauj for the country�s freedom from British rule.�
