Jamshedpur, July 10: In a key meeting held at the Steps taken to expedite home loan approvals , Deputy Municipal Commissioner Krishna Kumar instructed bank officials to accelerate the approval of pending home loan applications under Component-3 of the PM Awas Yojana (Urban) for the Birsanagar Affordable Housing Project.
Present in the meeting were Town Planner Alok Narayan, MIS Specialists Ritesh Raj and Smita Shri, along with branch managers from ICICI Bank Bistupur, Canara Bank Baridih, Canara Bank Bistupur and Canara Bank RAH.
Deputy Commissioner Krishna Kumar emphasized the importance of addressing loan-related issues urgently. “All pending home loan files must be approved within 30 days so that beneficiaries can begin construction on time,” he said.
The meeting marked a significant step toward ensuring timely financial support to PMAY beneficiaries and smoother implementation of the housing scheme.
