Steel Strips Wheels company Jamshedpur employees to get 9.5% bonus

Jamshedpur: Employees of Steel Strips Wheels Company, located in Govindpur, will receive 9.5% bonus, following an agreement signed between the company management and the Jharkhand Janshakti Mazdoor Union on Friday night.

Under the agreement, employees will receive a maximum bonus of ₹46,000 and a minimum of ₹21,000, with the amounts credited to their bank accounts by Monday or Tuesday. More than 200 employees are expected to benefit from this agreement.

Temporary contract workers will receive a bonus of 8.33%. The agreement was signed by Plant Head Vineet Agarwal and Deputy Manager Human Resources &IR Deepak Kumar Singh on behalf of the management, while union representatives, including President Anand Bihari Dubey, Vice President Dheeraj Kumar, Secretary Trinath, and others.
