Jamshedpur: The employees of Steel City Press, who worked for other institutions including Tata Steel and Tata Workers� Union, inked a bonus agreement. Employees will get a 13 percent bonus this year. This bonus amount is going to be received for the financial year 2019-2020. Under this, a maximum of 31 thousand 780 rupees, while a minimum bonus of 21 thousand 366 rupees will be given.
On Wednesday, Malti Pandey, MD, Steel City Press and Ravi Prasad, president of Jamshedpur Press Workers� Union cum Tata Workers� Union, signed the agreement. This amount will be transferred to the account of all employees. Among the signatories to the agreement were GM operations PC Naik, Head Finance and Account AK Dutta and Senior Manager Marketing and Sales G Gopal Krishna on behalf of the management.
Apart from R Ravi Prasad on behalf of the union, Jamshedpur Press Workers Union General Secretary cum Tata Workers Union Deputy President Arvind Kumar Pandey, Vice President Vinay Pathak, Assistant Secretary Mahavir Maiti, Satish Lenpo and Treasurer Pankaj Lal signed. A total of 9 employees will get this bonus under the agreement.
