St. Mary’s School Jamshedpur holds prayer service for Class X board aspirants

Jamshedpur, Feb 9: A solemn prayer service was organised on February 9, for Class X students at St. Mary’s English High School, appearing in the upcoming Board Examinations. The programme was held in the school auditorium with the aim of seeking God’s blessings and preparing students mentally and spiritually for the examinations.

The service began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, followed by readings from the Holy Scriptures and reflective thoughts. Special prayers were offered for the students, their parents, teachers, and the school staff, seeking strength, peace of mind, and success during the examination period.

Sambhu Lal later briefed the students about Board Examination procedures and explained important guidelines to be followed during the exams. School Principal Rev. Fr. Vernon D’Souza addressed the gathering with an inspiring message, encouraging students to remain calm, disciplined, and focused, and to trust their preparation and abilities.

The programme also included the distribution of admit cards to the students. It concluded with a vote of thanks proposed by Tr. Nibha Sinha. The prayer service proved to be a meaningful and reassuring experience for all participants.
