St. Mary’s School Jamshedpur felicitates meritorious students at Prize Night

Jamshedpur, July 7: The annual prize night ceremony for the junior block of St. Mary’s English High School was on Saturday in the school’s auditorium located in the senior block.

Dr. Sujata Mitra, Director, Meherbai Tata Memorial Hospital, Jamshedpur was the chief guest of the occasion. In her address, she praised the academic excellence of the achievers and encouraged parents to allow their children the freedom to choose subjects of their interest. The school manager, Fr. Edward Saldanha graced the event as the guest of honour.

School principal Fr. Vernon D’Souza presented the annual report, highlighting the significant role of parents in a child’s growth. Special awards were given to the most responsible student and the all-rounder student from each class.

On the same occasion, Tr. Glenis Faraday was felicitated for her 18 years of dedicated service to the school. The event was graced by Vice Principal Fr. Alex Darwin, Sister Eliza, and other teachers.

The program commenced with a vibrant prayer dance and concluded with the school anthem, followed by the national anthem.

  1. This school is great school i have a problem about it, btw i study in std 5 a name pratyush kumar and age is 10 yrs

    So i was saying that this school is great but i have a problem, the sajat sir ( PT sir for junior block) is very dangerous to all children, he has a stick in his hand and whenever some one do something worng like just little bit wrong he hit the child with stick, the hand goes red for 1 day, this is so bad for all pf us, please fixs this
