Jamshedpur, July 22: Srinath University students of School of Commerce and Management and those of School of Engineering visited RSB Global in the Adityapur Industrial Area. The students of Srinath University in Adityapur were accompanied by Assistant Professors Pallavi Choudhary and Ravi Singh.
Pallavi Choudhary, underlining the purpose and importance of industrial visits, said, “Company visits are considered practical methods of teaching. Students get the opportunity to explore and gain new insights through practical observations that are otherwise not possible in classroom learning.”
The students visited Unit 1 of RSB Global and witnessed various production processes The Company’s HR Manager, Manish Goyal speaking to the Srinath University students, informed, “RSB Global produces raw material and automobile assembly parts. Employees need to have technical and management skills as integral traits for excelling in their performances. RSB employees are treated as assets and the company provides them with abundant opportunities to ensure their professional and personal growth.”
Students also got to know about raw material production and RSB Global’s foreign branches. They also visited the company’s production and assembly units besides making notes on functioning of HR department.
The students interacted with officials and employees that enabled them to learn machine operating techniques.
The students, later made a report on the RSB Global visit and mentioned their learning experiences.
