Jamshedpur, July 22: Maha Mangal Path Of Shri Rani Sati Dadi Ji and the seventh Sawan Sindhara Mahotsav organized by Bhaili Mahila Mandal of Sonari, were celebrated with religious gaiety at Shri Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi. Host couple Ranjana and Manoj Kedia performed the prayers under supervision of priest Nityanand. Populare bhajan singer of the city, Mahavir Agarwal ‘Munna’ commenced the recitation of Maha Mangal Path with rendition of Ganesh Vandana. His rendition of bhajans in his trade-marked mellifluous voice heightened the aura of devotion at Shri Agrasen Bhawan in Sakchi. More than 400 women dressed in traditional Chunari-like sarees, recited the Mangal Path in chorus. They also sang bhajans in chorus which, stirred the dancing feet of women devotees who danced in religious ecstasy and chanted in praise of Rani Sati Dadi Ji.

The attractions at the religious celebration included the decoration of Dadi Ji’s court, Sindoor, Chunari, Man-Bhavan dance and Gajra festivities, Sawamani and Maha Prasad, Chhappan Bhog offered to the deity for consecration and performance of Maha Aarti in tandem by members of Bhaili Mahila Mandal of Sonari. On conclusion, Prasad was distributed among devotees.

Bhaili Mahila Mandal President Kavita Agarwal, Secretary Ranjana Kedia, Anita Agarwal, Vandana Jain, Meera Agarwal, Suman Agarwal, Maina, Vimla, Muskan, Neelam, Kavita, Seema, Sangita Bharti, Radha, Lata and Priyanka organized the program. Among the devotees present were Swati, Bela, Shobha, Priya, Lakshmi, Minu, Vinita, along with the President of Rajasthan Kalyan Parishad of Shri Agrasen Bhawan, Sakchi Ram Krishna Chaudhary and Omprakash Ringasia assisted in organizing the programme.
