Srinath College of Education hosts orientation for B.Ed, D.El.Ed trainees

Jamshedpur, March 24: Srinath College of Education organised orientation program for the trainees of B.Ed and D.El.Ed for the session 2020-22. 

The program was inaugurated by Sukhdev Mahato, Chairman of the institution in presence of Gurudev Mahato, Chief Secretary, and Dhananjay Mahato, Head of the Department.

Asst. Prof. Vikas Prasad apprised the newly admitted trainees about the course through PPT. Thereafter, Asst. Prof. Binay Shandilya put ethics related to the teacher’s profession in front of the trainees.

In his address, Shandilya said, a teacher is not merely for the sake of financial benefit but also has the responsibility of the nation on its shoulder.

Asst. Prof. Bhavya Bhushan and  Jayashree Singh apprised the trainees of the  rules and regulations of the college. The Head of Department  Dhananjay Mahato while addressing the newly enrolled trainees said that teaching is an attitude in which you are trained before the job so that you can become a good nation builder as the teacher prepares a responsible citizen.

It is the teacher who leads the student from the darkness of ignorance to the light of knowledge. Chief Secretary Gurudev Mahato, while motivating the trainees, said that they have to become a good student before becoming a good teacher. The chairman of the institute, Sukhdev Mahato, welcomed the new trainees and introduced them to the university. He also motivated the trainees to join different programs.

Later, cultural programs were staged by students.
