Special prayer marks birth anniv of Sardar Patel

Chaibasa: Surajmull Jain DAV Public School remembered Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on his 142th birth anniversary and former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi on her death anniversary during the special prayer held during the morning assembly in the school on Tuesday. Senior teacher Rohit Kumar Dwedi said after freedom of India, different states were merged in India by Sardar Patel by using his dexterous political strategy and he created a history. The present shape of India is the result of his far sighted vision. National unity is celebrated only to remember him as epitome of national unity. Students also delivered their lecture on Sardar Patel. The teacher and students paid floral tribute to the portraits of Sardar Patel and Indira Gandhi .
