DAV Noamundi remembers Sardar Patel, Indira Gandhi

Noamundi : DAV Public School Naomundi observed birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and death anniversary of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi by a special prayer in the school premises on Tuesday. The principal, teachers and students paid floral tribute to the portrait of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

The music teacher Resmi Bhattachaya and school children presented a chorus song on Sardar Patel. The principal T K Mishra said that there are several challenges in keeping the national integrity in present circumstances so we must remember Sardar Patel and Indira Gandhi�s sacrifices and dedication. He also said that if Sardar Patel was an Iron man then Indira Gandhi was also an Iron lady. Both contributed immensely to the nation. The students also expressed their views on the occasion.
