Jamshedpur, September 18: As part of the programme ‘Swachhta Hi Seva 2024,’ a special cleanliness campaign got underway in the municipal corporation area from September 17 to October 2. The Mango Additional Municipal Commissioner Ranjit Lohara led a cleanliness awareness program, administering an oath to dignitaries, office staff, and school children at the office premises.
Ranjit Lohara emphasized the importance of not littering, avoiding plastic use, and properly disposing of waste through door-to-door collection services. He highlighted that the campaign was particularly focused on maintaining cleanliness in anticipation of upcoming festivals. The event was attended by local dignitaries, office workers, and officials from the surrounding area.
