Jamshedpur,, May 17: Ten jawans have been suspended for not following training orders.
In all 10 constables of Railway Protection Force (RPF) working in Chakradharpur Railway Division of South Eastern Railway have been suspended with immediate effect. This action has been taken by Senior DSC P Shankar Kutti of Chakradharpur Railway Division.
The RPF jawans who have been suspended include CP Prajapati of Tata, Rabbani Khan, MK Chauhan and Amit Kumar of Sini, CB Singh and Sonu Kumar of Bandamunda, Amarjeet Kumar and Jitendra Kumar of Rourkela and Gopal Singh and DK Pandit of Jharsuguda.
These jawans are accused of disobeying the instructions of their senior officers. Apart from this, they are also accused of not reporting for the commando course organized at the NSG BSF centers located in Hazaribagh and Manesar and not going for training.
Due to this negligence, action has been taken against them under Rule 134 (4) of the RPF Rules 1987, which provides for suspension in case disciplinary action is pending or under consideration.
