Sonari Peace Committee keeps vigil on Eid

Jamshedpur: The auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, one of the most sacred festivals of the Muslim community, was observed with devotion, peace, and harmony under the supervision of the Sonari Police Station Peace Committee. Under the guidance of Sudhir Kumar Pappu, Secretary of the Sonari Thana Peace Committee, committee members actively participated in ensuring a smooth and serene prayer gathering at various mosques in Sonari.

The members of the Sonari Thana Peace Committee, including Rahul Bhattacharjee,  D Bose, Kabi Behera, Sarita Lal, Sarvesh Kumar, Haridas, Deepak Yadav, Prem Singh, Gautam Acharya, Vijay Vartha, Kalu Da, and many others, were present at the mosques, extending their cooperation and assistance to the devotees offering Eid Namaz. Their presence helped foster a spirit of unity and mutual respect, ensuring that the prayers were conducted in a loving and harmonious atmosphere.

Sonari Thana Incharge Kumar Sarju Anand expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Secretary Sudhir Kumar Pappu and all the peace committee members for their unwavering dedication and social responsibility. He praised their efforts in upholding communal harmony and maintaining a peaceful environment during the festival.

In response, Secretary Sudhir Kumar Pappu extended his thanks to the police authorities, committee members, and all those who contributed to making the event successful. He reaffirmed the committee’s commitment to promoting peace, cooperation, and brotherhood in the society.

Following the Namaz, a beautiful moment of unity was witnessed as worshippers, the police station in-charge, and peace committee members gathered together, exchanging Eid greetings and sharing their happiness. The event symbolized brotherhood and mutual respect among people of all backgrounds.

At the Kumhar Pada Mosque, prominent community members including Mohammad Azad, Mohammad Tahir, Babu Bhai, Ayaz Haider (Bittu), Babla Bhai, Mohammad Shahid, and Mohammad Faiz joined Sonari police station in-charge Kumar Sarju Anandpeace committee secretary Sudhir Kumar Pappu, and other peace committee members in offering prayers for love, peace, and brotherhood for all people.
