Chandil: The additional director of Swarnarekha Multipurpose Project Harishankar Kesri today reached Chandil Rehabilitation Office and held a meeting with department officials in connection with compensation demands raised by displacement victims of the region.
The problems being faced by the displacement were discussed at length. It was decided to complete work of disposal of all compensation applications till 15th May.
He said Rs 6.57 lakh was to be given per development book. Many other officials of SMP were also present during the meeting.
