Jamshedpur: A demand for freeing the main road in Dangardih from encroachment was raised on Saturday by residents of Chandil before the SDO of Chandil Manjunath Bhajantri.
The villagers alleged that a local plastic manufacturing company had encroached the only main road in the area.
As a result of encroachment, local people are finding it hard to pass through the road, they said.
The SDO assured to take action against the culprit.
