Slum children get free books from VoH

Jamshedpur, April 1: Social organization Voice of Humanity (VoH) today visited the Leprosy Ashram basti and distributed free text books and other school stationary among children who, in spite of their desire, could not attend schools due to abject poverty and high school fees. The faces of the kids lit up when they got their study material.

Founder Hari Singh said, �There are children in our society who, in spite of their keen desire for education, cannot afford the high fee structure of schools and the exorbitant costs of study material. It is this factor that has led to this undertaking of ours.�

The VoH team comprised Dinanath, Vishnu, Niraj, Amir, Mukund, Kamal, Karan, Jagdip, Harendra, Saurav, Prayas, Gopal, Vinod, Gagandip, Suman, Kaushal, Asish, Vijay, Philomen, Rishi, Shambhu, Vimal, Mohan, Ajay, Sandip, Bina and Ankita.
