Six Little Flower School students score 95 percentile and above in JEE Main

Limiting screen time helped me score 99.45 percentile: Topper Anjesh Singh

Jamshedpur, Feb 9: Little Flower School (LFS) students proved their mettle once again by exhibiting exemplary performance in Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2023, Session 1, the result of which was announced on Tuesday by National Testing Agency.

Rising to the occasion, Anjesh Singh scored the highest percentile in the school i.e. 99.45.  The other students who also have excelled are Puneet Kumar Singh with 98.6, Archisha Paul with 97.9, Chandrima Hazra with 96.5, Ramanu Rishita with 96.02 and Satya Jay with 95.12.  Besides, ten other students of the school have done the school proud with outstanding scores between 90 and 95 percentile in this prestigious examination.

Sr. Hilda D’Souza, Principal of Little Flower School, extended her best wishes to the students for their outstanding achievement and appreciated their hard work.

Meritorious students revealed their success mantra.

School topper Anjesh Singh said, “I am very thankful to my parents, Sister Hilda and all my teachers, who always supported, guided and motivated me to do better. It is because of their blessings that I have scored this much. I will continue to work hard and fetch great results in boards as well as JEE Advance. The most effective method for me while preparation in the last few months was solving previous year papers, analysing my mistakes or problems which I couldn’t solve, and retaining those concepts and practicing more such questions. I also limited my screen time to a minimum which also helped me improve a lot.”

Puneet Kumar Singh who scored 98.6 percentile thanked the school Principal, Sister Hilda D’Souza for suggesting a coaching institute for JEE preparation.

“The teachers were friendly and supportive, ready to clear all doubts.  I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to all previous teachers of LFS for guiding me and inspiring me towards the right path,” added Puneet.

“I have secured 97.91 percentile in the first session of JEE mains 2023. Although it had not been an easy battle, the only thing which had helped me throughout my preparation was my consistency. Scoring low marks in mock tests never discouraged me, but they encouraged me to work even harder. I would like to thank our Principal Sr. Hilda D’Souza, and all my teachers for constantly supporting and guiding me throughout my journey.  I look forward to score better in the next session,” elated Archisa Paul said.

Scoring 96.5 percentile, Chandrima Hazra stated, hard work, honesty, sacrifice, sincerity and discipline helped me to achieve my goal. Despite working hard, I faced a lot of failure, which taught me a lot. Recognising my mistakes and correcting them has been extremely effective. Analysing my failures has been one of the most important factors while preparing for JEE, or any other examination.  Sometimes, my failure made me too worried, it lowered my self-confidence, but my parents and teachers have always been a constant support for me. My school has supported me a lot, motivated, guided and encouraged me. This wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work and efforts of my teachers. So, I would like to thank my parents, teachers and Sister Hilda, my School Principal, for their blessings. Achieving our goals can be really very easy, only if we plan and strategise properly and manage our time efficiently.”
