Six including five Tata Steel officials donate SDP blood

Jamshedpur, Nov 8: Six persons including fiveTata Steel officials donated Single Donor Platelet (SDP) blood at a blood collection drive organized by Jamshedpur Blood Bank and social service organization, Prateek Sangharsh Foundation (PSF) on the occasion of Guru Purnima. SDP blood was donated in view of patients’ treatment at Tata Main Hospital.

The donors included Tata Steel senior officials of TMH T Deepak, Shashikant Singh, Maninder Singh alias Vicky, Rakesh Kumar and Neeraj Kumar along with Marwari Yuva Manch steel city branch President Sarthak Agarwal. With Tuesday’s blood collection drive, Prateek Sangharsh Foundation completed 344 units of SDP collection. The blood donors were honored with citations and mementos by PSF.
