Singhbhum MP Geeta Koda for focus in rural areas

Chaibasa, May 11: Singhbhum MP and Congress leader Geeta Koda during virtual interaction with chief minister Hemant Soren on Tuesday suggested for improving health infrastructure in rural areas and increasing sample testing in rural areas. 

She also suggested that in government hospitals not only Covid patients but also other patients should be seen and resume OPD facilities in the government hospital and start a plasma centre facility in the government hospital at Noamundi. 

She suggested for clearance of payment of NREGA amounts in the rural areas as it is affecting financial condition of the rural population and urged that government should fix prices of essential commodities to prevent hoarding and blackmarketing of food items and improve piped water supply in Adityapur region.
