Ranchi, Dec. 16: �Hasth Shilpi� a 5-day Silk India exhibition was inaugurated in Ranchi on Thursday, December 17.
The exhibition aims to keep the weaving art of India alive where artists from all over the country displayed more than 200 varieties of silk at the exhibition from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Also exhibited is Pashmina. T Abhinandan of Hasth Shilpi said, we are providing platform to the weavers from India to showcase their art and talent.
The exhibition is being held at Hotel Radisson Blue from 17 to 21 December where more than 100 stalls have been put up. At the exhibition silk from Pakistan and Bangladesh is also up for display.
The expo will remain open from 10.30 am to 8.30 pm.
