Jamshedpur, Nov 7: Shri Shyam Seva Sangh, Sonari, will organize Shyam Mahotsav on Friday, December 20 at Rocky Maidan near Carmel School in front of the Gurudwara. The program will be divided into two segments: a huge and colourful procession will be taken out from the Sonari Ram Mandir at 12:30 pm which will traverse the main road before culminating at the Mahotsav site in Rocky Maidan and in the second phase a program of Bhajans will commence at 8:30 pm and continue till 2 am. Established Bhajan singers of the repute of Mayank Agrawal of Sonepat in Haryana and Manish Bhatt from Mumbai will perform on the occasion along with local Bhajan artistes Rohit Gulati and Mahavir Agrawal.
Shri Shyam Seva Sangh held a meeting today at the Rajasthani Mahila Satsang Samiti building in Sonari which was chaired by the organization�s president Ashok Diwan to chalk out the proceedings of the 18 th Shyam Mahotsav to be held on December 20. Diwan regretted the shifting of the Mahotsav date due to unavoidable circumstances. All Shyam devotees, family members and friends were invited to attend the program.
Ashok Diwan further informed that at 1 am the Abhishek of Baba, the divine d�cor of his throne, the 56 items of fruits and food for the Lord�s consecration and lighting arrangements, apart from Bhajans would be the main focus of attraction.
