Jamshedpur, Nov. 7: The semi finals of the inter school and inter team Basketball tournament for Boys and Men was conducted at Tata Motors Basketball Court on Thursday.
In the school category the first semi final was played between Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya and Gulmohur High School. Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya won comprehensively beating to Gulmohur High school by 65:25 points.
In the 2nd semi final match Shiksha Niketan and Little Flower School were up against each other. Little Flower won comprehensively beating Shiksha Niketan School by 53: 19 points.
In the team category the first semi final match was played between Trans Axle and Nano Warriors. Trans Axle won the match comprehensively beating Nano Warriors by 41:16 points.
The 2nd Semi Final Match was played between Safari Royals and Indigo Fighters. It was a tough fight between both the team but finally Safari Royals won the match with scores being 39:35 points. Trans Axle will face Safari Royals in the final of inter team category and Vidya Bharati Chinmaya Vidyalaya will face Little Flower School in the school category final on Friday. The tournament is being organised by Tata Motors Sports Department.
