Jamshedpur, June 30: Shri Shyam Bhatli Pariwar Charitable Trust (SSBPCT) organized the 85th monthly Shyam Kirtan Mahotsav at the Bistupur residence of Arun Bankrewal in Bistupur. Madhu and Arun Bankrewal were the hosts of the religious program.
The program was initiated with Ganesh Vandana following which the prayer rituals commenced at 8 pm. The beautifully decorated Darbar of Baba, Akhand Jyot and the Shyam Rasoi set the devotional tone of the Bhajan Sandhya. Hundreds of devotees who attended the programme were provided consecrated food (Shyam Rasoi).
The mood of the devotees climbed with devotional songs (Kirtan) presented by popular local artistes Mahabir Agrawal, Niraj Jalan, Bunty Changil, Anis Gadodia, Rohit Gulati, Priti Sinha, Manoj Parikh and Saroj Parikh. The religious fervor did not seem to abate and the program went on till 2 am.
The organizers included SSBPCT Jamshedpur unit president Rajesh Pasari, Harsh Bankrewal, Rajiv Bankrewal, Rinku Bankrewal, Divya Bankrewal, Gagan Rustogi, Sudhir Agrawal, Uttam Naredi, Mahesh Singhania, Ayush Pasari, Madan Agrawal, Lalit Danga, Prem Agiwal, Pravin Jalan, Sandip Bajaj, Jugal Purohit, Vishu Naredi, Sandip Sultania, Anup Jalan, Mamata Goyal, Kavita Dhut, Nirmala Agrawal, Kavita Agrawal and the members of the newly formed Kirtan Samiti.
