Jamshedpur, October 1: Sheyn International School celebrated Gandhi Jayanti and second anniversary of Swachh Bharat Mission at the school premises on Saturday.
Students of Std. IX and X participated in the collage competition in which the principles and ideologies of Mahatma Gandhi were highlighted.
An audio visual show was organized in the school campus where the students of class III to V were shown a movie on �Global Warming�, its effects and causes.
Students were made aware how cleanliness can help in maintaining environmental equilibrium. Students should imbibe the principles of Mahatma Gandhi and follow his thoughts to save and care for Environment. Students lit candles and paid homage to Mahatma Gandhi.
The Principal Manuj Sharma and Vice Principal Pushpa Sharma Bhalla encouraged the students to inculcate the spirit of hygiene and cleanliness.
They shared their valuable thoughts and motivated the children to be a part of such events in the coming future.
