Sheyn girl brings laurel to school

Jamshedpur, June 14: Aadhya Singh, a class 6 student of Sheyn International School has brought laurel to the school at the PNB Metlife Junior Badminton Championship 3 (North Zone-Lucknow) held from 30th May to 1st June.

In the under-13 category Aadhya Singh stood runner-up and qualified for the quarter-finals in the under-15 category. The finals are likely to be held next month in Delhi, were selected children will represent their respective zones.

It was a learning experience for the child, as she aspires to pursue her career in Badminton. The budding star was congratulated and praised by Principal Manuj Sharma and Vice-Principal Pushpa Bhalla.

The teachers too applauded her efforts and motivated her towards a promising future, in the name of Sheyn International School, Sheynite Aadhya Singh of class VI participated in the PNB Metlife Junior Badminton Championship 3 (North Zone-Lucknow) held from 30th May to 1st June.

In the UNDER-13 category Aadhya stood runner-up and qualified herself as a quarter-finalist in the UNDER-15 category. The finals are likely to be held in the next month in Delhi, where selected children will represent their respective zones.
