Jamshedpur, April 4: Shatdal Club, a well-known social organisation in Jamshedpur, organised a programme at the assembly hall of River View Enclave in Telco to support community development and education initiatives. As part of the event, the club provided financial assistance to several local organisations working in the field of education and social welfare.
The beneficiaries included Anurag Foundation, Abhiyan Banerjee Foundation, Rotary Club (East), and Manav Vikas School. The support aims to strengthen their efforts in improving education and community services in the city.
During the programme, meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds, especially those living in the outhouses of River View Enclave, were also honoured. These students, who performed well academically, received financial aid and tokens of appreciation to encourage them to continue their studies.
The event was made successful with the efforts of President Sonal Singh, Vice-Presidents Rashmi Srivastava and Paramjit Kaur, along with members Neetu Gupta, Bhavna Jha, Diyali Sengupta, Neetu Prasad, Nibha Singh, Rita Mitra, Moushumi Banerjee, Nisha Agarwal, and Tapasi Sinha.
